Of course we're talking about the 2013 Dart. Admittedly we've discussed the new Dodge a lot lately, but our Warwick, RI staff, and our customers for that matter, just can't get enough of it. It's sporty, safe, and stylish and now its garnered Total Quality honors from Strategic Vision.
Well, more specifically, Dart owners themselves talked up the vehicle's quality. The research firm simply put the work into collecting the data and crunching the numbers.
Here's how it played out:
Over 17,000 car owners provided information about their positive and negatives experiences with new vehicles. The participants reflected on things like the emotional attachment they feel towards their car, how much fun their vehicle is to drive and how reliable and fuel efficient their model is. Strategic Vision collected the responses and when all was said and done, the Dart took the top spot the small car segment.
Don't be misled by the category size; this is no small feat. Christopher Chaney, Strategic Vision's Vice President confirms, "Dodge Dart's leading in the small car segment is extraordinary when you consider how much focus, design and competitive engineering exists within this important segment." Its high honors are proof that drivers respond when "you mix super exceptional versatility, motivating exterior styling, and a strong array of high quality performing components and concepts."1
