If your MOPAR battery fails to start your vehicle, please refer to the roadside assistance sticker attached to the battery. The sticker will include the dispatch number, account number and instructions to utilize the roadside assistance service. Please keep the sticker along with a photocopy of your purchase receipt in your glove box for reference. Service is provided on a reimbursement basis, whereby, you pay for the service at the time service is rendered and refer to the sticker for reimbursement procedures.
