The crew at Bald Hill was wonderful. My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle for awhile. We were looking at Jeep Wranglers and Toyota 4Runners. We dealt with 3 or 4 Toyota dealerships and they were awful! Rude, demeaning, lied to us repeatedly, and held the keys to our trade in for over an hour refusing to give them back even though I had an important appointment which I ended up missing! After the last ordeal we went over to Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and they were wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, straight to the point and were willing to work with us. In one day we walked away with our brand new Jeep which we love! Walking into this dealership I was a little nervous because buying a car is usually a painful process. The staff here is friendly, fun, they joke around and just make the whole visit enjoyable. We will definitely be going back to them in the future, I highly recommend visiting them!

Great Customer service ! WOW And the effort they put in to help you get a car AMAZING. The staff is super polite and helpful ! I shopped at other dealerships with no luck ! Higher premium payments for old used cars and when I came here it was absolutely the best experience Ive had from ANY car dealership in RI.

Just bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude at Bald Hill. Joe greeted me at the door and from beginning to the end took care of all of my needs and understood exactly what I was looking for. All staff is professional and courteous and had a large selection of Jeeps. I would recommend anyone to go to Bald Hill Jeep to see joe if they are in the market for a new vehicle. We needed an oil change as we were traveling for the holidays. Forgot to make an appointment, so we were told if we could leave the vehicle they would fit us in when they could. Left the vehicle and it was done super fast. Great service!
