"We have been on the car hunt for nearly 5 months for our first brand new car purchase. We have driven nearly every vehicle in the compact SUV market. We have made offers on several vehicles at other dealerships but have walked away as the deal did not feel right or the price was too high compared to Kelley Blue Book. Our relationship started with Bald Hill Dodge with the internet sales manager Rachel, who took the time to figure out what I wanted. She emailed me stickers saving us valuable time and we were able to compare prices to KBB. She also provided fast responses - the fastest compared to other dealers. We made an appointment to test drive and Mike the salesman jumped through all of the hoops we put him through, including lining up the vehicles front to back so that I could compare colors. We have looked at other Jeeps at other dealerships, but Mike was the first salesman to explain the 4X4 to us. Much to our surprise, they made a realistic offer that matched exactly what we were willing to pay. There was no haggling as we experienced with other dealers. They didn't run a credit check on us prior to setting the price of the vehicle as other dealers do. We watched TV while the paperwork was prepared and drove home in our brand new Jeep Patriot. We never felt like this dealership was trying to "pull one over" on us. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here."
